Jason Johnson Wins Daniel McMillin Memorial at Lake Ozark

ELDON, Mo. (July 5, 2008) – Jason Johnson topped the Daniel McMillin Memorial event for the second time in as many years with a hard-fought victory at Lake Ozark Speedway on Saturday night.   While Johnson officially led all 30 circuits, he had to withstand heavy pressure through traffic much of the way before collecting a series' best seventh feature win of the season aboard Lanny Row's Wesmar-powered The Shop Motorsports/Custom Equipment Design No. 41 Eagle.

Johnson gridded the feature field outside the front row. And after outgunning polesitter Garry Lee Maier for the point at the drop of the green, "The Ragin' Cajun" tried to check out.  But Maier had other ideas. As did Gary Taylor, who surged from 12th to fourth in the opening three laps, along with Jack Dover and Wayne Johnson, all of whom were in the mix over the final half of the race.  Maier proved to be Johnson's biggest threat, slicing away at an early six car-length advantage as lapped traffic came into play ten laps in. Looking for his first series win of the year, Maier shadowed Johnson through traffic with Washington state native Taylor making it a three-car breakaway by the midway point.  Looking for the ideal opportunity for several rounds, Maier was finally able to pull alongside Johnson through turns three and four on the 21st circuit in a bid for the lead. But Johnson fought off the challenge and then made a swift maneuver between a pair of cars a lap later to open a bit of breathing room.

That strategy, coupled with a pair of cautions over the final seven laps, proved good enough for Johnson to post his 35th career ASCS National Tour victory.  Johnson initially slipped away from the field after a lap 23 caution for Kenneth Walker's cut right rear tire. Maier's strong outing aboard Scott Brown's ASI-powered Lubbock Wrecker Service No. 11x Maxim came to a premature end soon after when he lost power in turn four on the 27th lap.  Johnson dashed away to nearly a half straightaway victory over the final three-lap charge to the stripe, with Gary Taylor recording a career-best ASCoT National finish of second aboard Mike and Megan Eubanks' Wesmar-powered Tel-Star Communications No. 5* Triple-X.
Wayne Johnson slid around Dover in the final stages to snare the show position in Mike and Tim Hammers' Wesmar-powered H&H Enterprises No. 94 Maxim, with Dover fourth in the Eckley-powered 3D Auto Transport No. 53 Eagle.  Gary Wright gained a pair of positions to round out the top five in the Wesmar-powered Richwood Construction/Whiteco Commercial Funding No. 9 Maxim. Wright gave up ten more points to Jason Johnson in the series $50,000 championship points race and now enters the 16th Annual Toyota Tundra ASCS Speedweek with a meager eight point lead.  Zach Chappell was in the mix all the way before finishing sixth, with Josh Fisher racing from 14th to snare seventh.

Competing in the event held in honor of his departed cousin, Daniel McMillin, Jesse Hockett utilized a provisional starting position for the "A" Main and blitzed the top side of the track to race from 25th to eighth.  Kyle Bellm crossed the stripe ninth, with Jonathan Cornell completing the top ten.

Wright, Chappell, Jason Johnson, Dustin Barks and Mike Trent topped heat race action for the 41-car field, with Jon Corbin and Eric Baldaccini winning the twin "B" Mains.

Wayne Johnson Snaps ASCoT Slump with Lakeside Fireworks!

KANSAS CITY, Kan. (July 4, 2008) – Oklahoma City native Wayne Johnson snapped a victory drought spanning more than a year's duration in O'Reilly American Sprint Cars on Tour National action by wiring the field in Friday night's 25-lap main event atop the ½-mile Lakeside Speedway clay oval.  The 2000 ASCS National champion muscled past Natalie Sather for the lead on the opening circuit and never looked back en route to his first ASCoT checkered flag since June 20 of last year in Brainerd, MN.

"It's about time," a relieved Johnson commented in victory lane. "It sure didn't hurt starting near the front either."

Moments after Johnson flashed underneath the checkered flag in Mike and Tim Hammers' Wesmar-powered H&H Enterprises/Pearson Farms No. 94 Maxim, Jesse Hockett got a head start on the night's fireworks by plowing into the frontstretch wall exiting turn four while trying to dodge a disabled lapped car. Hockett climbed from his mangled and charred mount uninjured.

Still carrying 2008 ASCoT title aspirations, Johnson gridded the feature field inside the second row as reigning ASCS Midwest Region champion Sather led the way to the green flag with Chris Walker alongside on the front row.  While Sather gunned into the lead in the opening pair of corners, Johnson wasted no time making his move. First, Johnson disposed of Walker for second in turn one. Then, Johnson pounced on the 23-year-old Fargo lass, diving to the low side of turn three to take command on the opening round.  Setting a rapid tempo in front of Sather, Walker and Zach Chappell, who rocketed from ninth to fourth in the opening circuits, Johnson's pace was interrupted after five rounds when fifth-runner Garry Lee Maier coasted to a stop in turn two with terminal problems.

On the restart, Chappell wasted no time blasting past Walker and Sather to take over second, setting his sights on Johnson in the process. Eighth-starter Jack Dover followed suit by climbing to third by the eighth round, with eighth-row starter Jason Johnson up to fourth by the time the red flag flew after nine laps for Jonathan Cornell's turn two flip. The current Winged Outlaw Warriors point leader walked away from his twisted machine unharmed.  With the final 16 circuits run in non-stop fashion, Johnson simply checked out on the field. Slicing through lapped traffic over the final ten rounds, Johnson lapped all the way up to eighth by the time he took the checkered flag with nearly a straightaway advantage.

In Johnson's wake, the battle for runner-up honors was a furious one between the threesome of Chappell, Dover and Jason Johnson.  Chappell ultimately topped the scrum for second place in the Legend's Bar-B-Que & Steakhouse No. 50z Maxim, with "The Ragin' Cajun's" drive from 16th culminating with a third-place showing aboard Lanny Row's The Shop Motorsports/Custom Equipment Design No. 41 Eagle.  Dover settled for fourth aboard the Eckley-powered 3D Auto Transport No. 53 Eagle, while Gary Wright maintained an 18-point lead over Jason Johnson in the series $50,000 championship points chase by racing from 15th to round out the top five.  Current ASCS Midwest Region points leader Brian Brown was credited with sixth in the final run-down, with leading Brodix Rookie of the Year contender Eric Baldaccini in seventh.  On the charge from 18th, Hockett was trying to make a move around Wright for fifth in the final pair of corners. But when Curtis Evans clipped an infield tire and skittered to the topside exiting the final corner with a broken front end, Hockett ran out of real estate and slammed into the frontstretch wall in wide-open fashion. Hockett was scored as the final car on the lead lap in eighth. Sather crossed the stripe ninth, with Jon Corbin completing the top ten.

Jack Potter, Mike Boston, Chris Walker, Sather, Wayne Johnson and Chappell topped heat race action for the rugged 53-car field.

Jay Russell fought off Randy Martin to win the first "B" Main, with Hockett surviving a close call with a lapped car to win the second "B" Main. Don Droud, Jr., wasn't as fortune, getting collected by the same car and then spinning while running second with just two laps to go.

Gharst Takes Lee County WOW Win

By Chad Buford
Donnellson, IA(June 18th)-
Beating a star-studded field, Kaley Gharst was the winner in the O’Reilly Auto Parts Winged Outlaw Warrior feature on Wednesday night at Lee County Speedway.  Gharst, who started on the pole, led the initial lap before giving way to current Knoxville Raceway 410 point leader Danny Lasoski.  Lasoski would lead laps two through ten with Gharst giving chase.  Gharst would retake the lead on lap eleven in Dale Oaks’ Maxim and would go on to his first career WOWwin in the nonstop feature.

Misfortune would strike Lasoski as he pulled off the track on the white flag lap costing him a runner-up finish.  Lasoski would be credited with eleventh as the last car on the lead lap.  Jason Johnson, who started twelfth, would finish second in Lanny Row’s The Shop Eagle.  Johnson was running fifth by lap five.  By lap thirteen, he had moved to third, and then was able to get to second as a result of Lasoski’s problems. World of Outlaw regular  Terry McCarl would run third in Mark Burch’s WolfWeld with Knoxville 360 regular Josh Higday running fourth.  Rounding out the top five was Knoxville regular Brian Brown in Tim and Gina Doogs’ Super Clean Maxim.  Current WOW point leader Jonathan Cornell would come home sixth in the Kiowa Line Builders Maxim followed by Josh Fisher in the Rusty Fisher Maxim.  Three-time defending WOW champ Randy Martin would run eighth in the Diamond Pet Foods Maxim with Josh Schneiderman and John Schulz completing the top ten.

The O’Reilly Auto Parts Winged Outlaw Warriors will next race on Thursday July 3rd at Double X Speedway in California, MO followed by a couple of co-sanctioned races with the American Sprint Cars on Tour at Lakeside Speedway on July 4th and Lake Ozark Speedway on July 5th.

Jon Corbin Wins Gary Scott Memorial

By Chad Buford
Moberly, MO(June 14th)-
Jumping into the lead from the pole, Jon Corbin led all twenty laps to win the 9th Annual Gary Scott Memorial at 24 Raceway on Saturday night in O’Reilly Auto Parts Winged Outlaw Warrior action.  At the start, Corbin jumped into the lead followed by Randy Martin and Terry Hinck.  For the first five laps, Corbin’s lead was very comfortable, but both Martin and Hinck were closing by lap six with Hinck appearing to be the fastest car on the track.

By lap eight, the top three were nearly a blanket as Martin spun coming off of turn two.  Martin tried to keep his car going and as he spun around, he was hit by Curtis Boyer, who was battling with Jonathan Cornell for fifth.  Boyer was able to keep his car going after the contact while Martin would be towed to the work area for repairs. Martin would go back out to try and maintain his slim lead in the point standings, but his car was off the pace.  As the green flew on the restart, Corbin once again jumped into the lead followed by Hinck and Rusty Potter.  On lap ten, Potter put a slide job on Hinck in turn two, but he slid up the track allowing Hinck to move back by him down the backstretch. The action would stop one final time on lap twelve as Austin Alumbaugh slowed in turns one and two finally stopping down the backstretch.  Alumbaugh would go to the work area to fix his problem and would be able to restart.  During this same yellow, Martin, who still had substantial damage to his Diamond Pet Foods Maxim, would pull into the pits and would run out of time trying to fix his problems costing him valuable points after his disappointing fifteenth place finish.

Again, Corbin would take off on the restart as Hinck and Potter continued to battle for second. Over the next few laps, Hinck and Potter would continue their battle as Potter once again would try a slidejob with Hinck being able to move back under as Potter slid high.  As the laps wound down, Corbin was gone and Hinck started to move slightly away from Potter, who now had his hands full with Cornell.  As the pair went by the flagstand to complete lap nineteen, Cornell was able to get by Potter for third.

Corbin would win comfortably in his Rick Elliott Engine Connection Maxim.  Hinck would tie a career best by running second in his Dahmer Powertrain/Rick Ball Auto Mall J&J.  Cornell would run third in the Kiowa Line Builders/M&N General Consultants Maxim as he gained enough points to take over the WOW point lead.  Potter would settle for a strong fourth in his Roy Cary Livestock and Machinery Maxim followed by Curtis Evans in the Arctic Cat Maxim, who moved up nicely to fifth from his twelfth starting spot.  Boyer would hang on to sixth in his American Family Insurance Eagle followed by Frank Brown in the Brown Farms Maxim.  Rounding out the top ten were Jack Potter, Kyle Bellm, and Alumbaugh.  Alumbaugh was very fortunate on this evening as his family-owned Maxim apparently burnt a piston in hot laps and fellow competitor Andy Korte loaned his Maxim  to help Alumbaugh remain near the top of  the WOW points standings.
The O’Reilly Auto Parts Winged Outlaw Warriors will next race at Lee County Speedway in Donellson, IA on Wednesday June 18th as they make their first ever appearance for a point race in the state of Iowa.

Brown Best at Sedalia
By Chad Buford
Sedalia, MO(June 11th)- The last time that Brian Brown and Jason Johnson got together at the Missouri State Fair Speedway in O’Reilly Auto Parts Winged Outlaw Warrior competition, the fans were treated to a great race. Wednesday night in WOW’s portion of the Michael Ross Memorial Foundation, Brown, Johnson, and Kasey Kahne did not disappoint those in attendance.  Starting from the pole in the Michael Ross Memorial Foundation/American Compressed Steel machine, Brown jumped into the immediate lead followed by Kahne. By lap two, Johnson had worked his way past Curtis Evans for third and the show was on. The yellow would come out on lap three for a Jon Corbin spin in between turns one and two. On the restart, Kahne powered by Brown, but Brown would not be denied and he worked his way back by Kahne. Johnson also got into the action pressuring Brown for the lead and eventually falling back behind Kahne. The trio would stay this way until lap seven when the red was flown for Curtis Boyer who turned over with the nose of the car facing skyward ending his fine fifth place run as there was too much damage to continue. On the restart, Kahne again powered by Brown, with Brown returning the favor as the duo battled back and forth. Johnson also would get in the fray as he made several charges at the lead duo. Brown would pull away from Kahne and Johnson, but Johnson was not done. On lap seventeen, Johnson made his way around Kahne and he made up ground on Brown over the last couple of laps with Brown winning by about eight car lengths.
For Brown, it was his second WOW win of 2008 with both coming at Sedalia. Johnson would finish runner-up to Brown at Sedalia for the second straight time in The Shop Eagle with Kahne running a strong third in the Sage Fruit/Budweiser JEI. Current WOW point leader Randy Martin had a strong showing coming from fourteenth to fourth in the Diamond Pet Foods Maxim. Evans had another great run to finish fifth in the Arctic Cat Maxim. Don Droud Jr. would finish sixth in the Smith 86 advancing ten spots followed by Jonathan Cornell, who advanced eleven spots to finish seventh. Natalie Sather also had a good run finishing eighth from the nineteenth starting spot. Austin Alumbaugh, fresh off his first career win at Springfield, continued his strong season by finishing ninth with Terry Hinck rounding out the top ten.

Alumbaugh Aces Springfield Winged Outlaw Warrior Feature

Austin Alumbaugh won his first career 360 O’Reilly Winged Outlaw Warriors sprint car feature event on the ¼ mile Springfield Raceway Saturday night. The 21 year old driver won the pole starting spot of the 20 lap feature finale by having a pair of aces in the Isle of Capri Sprint Car Stud poker game that determined the top six starting spots. Alumbaugh took the lead from Curtis Boyer on the second lap and never was challenged for the victory in the race that went green to checkered flag.
Jonathan Cornell would also make a pass on Boyer during the third lap to move into the second position. Boyer held on to third at the checkers followed by Randy Martin and Toby Brown to round out the top five.

The win places Alumbaugh in third place in O’Reilly Winged Outlaw Warrior points and in a tight battle with Jonathan Cornell for 2008 WOW Rookie of the Year honors. The two rookie candidates are separated by 30 points. Cornell is 10 points behind current point leader, Randy Martin.
The O’Reilly Winged Outlaw Warriors will be in action Wednesday, June 11th on the Missouri State Fairgrounds ½ mile in Sedalia and Saturday, June 14th for the rescheduled Gary Scott Memorial at 24 Raceway in Moberly, MO.

Hockett Takes Larry Martin Memorial at Double X

By Chad Buford

California, MO(May 25th)-Starting sixth, Jesse Hockett worked his way to the front and captured his seventh career O’Reilly Auto Parts Winged Outlaw Warriors A Main in the First Annual Larry Martin Memorial Sunday night at Double X Speedway.  Randy Martin started on the pole with Brian Brown on the outside of the front row.  On the initial start, Martin would jump into the lead.  Brown would make a move down the backstretch to take the lead, but the yellow would be thrown for a gaggle of cars who had gotten together on the frontstretch.   In the melee, Austin Alumbaugh would stop on the frontstretch and Chris Walker would get the worst end of the drivers involved as he suffered front end damage and would not be able to continue.

On the second start, Martin again took the lead, but Brown would get by him low in turn two to take over the top spot.  The duo would continue to run this way as sixth-starting Hockett would get by Bryan Grimes for third at the flagstand as two laps were completed.  Curtis Boyer rounded out the top five at this point.  The top five would stay this way for the next four laps.  By lap seven with Brown comfortably out front, Hockett would start to pressure Martin for the runner-up spot.  He would make a run at Martin high, but could not make the pass as Martin charged back in the low groove.  Hockett would get by Martin for second at the flagstand as eight laps were now in the books.  Grimes and Boyer continued to run fourth and fifth.  On lap nine, Jonathan Cornell would get past Boyer at the for fifth.  A lap later, Brad Graham would bring out the caution as he rolled to a stop on the backstretch ending his evening.

Two more laps would be completed when Tyler Blank would go off the track in turn four to bring out the caution.  The top five at this point was Brown, Hockett, Martin, Grimes, and Cornell.  After the restart, lap thirteen would see J Kinder get by Boyer on the frontstretch for sixth.  A lap later, Curtis Evans would overtake Boyer for seventh.
By lap fifteen, Hockett was using the high line and was starting to reel in Brown.  His momentum would be momentarily stopped on lap sixteen as he would hit the backstretch wall.

In heavy lapped traffic, Brown’s once big lead was now nearly gone and on lap eighteen, Brown would make contact with the lapped car of Blank allowing Hockett to get even closer.  Hockett would get by Brown on lap nineteen as Brown gave chase.  Hockett would continue to lead as he again bounced off the backstretch wall allowing Brown to close in on him.  With Brown applying heavy pressure, he would hit the frontstretch wall giving Hockett a little more breathing room.  Hockett would continue to stretch his lead out as Brown would start getting pressure from Martin for second.  The two were making contact with each other all over the track as an epic battle took place for second.  On lap twenty three, Martin would get by Brown for good as Hockett would go on to win by about half a straightaway in the Hockett Racing Frankenstein.  Martin would run a strong second on a very special night for him in the Diamond Pet Foods Maxim.  Brown would settle for third in the Super Clean Maxim.  Cornell would finish fourth in the Kiowa Line Builders/M&N Consultants Maxim.  Grimes would round out the top five in the McGarry Machine and Welding Maxim.  Kinder would run sixth followed by Evans and Kyle Bellm.  Rounding out the top ten were Ryan Marsch and Boyer.

The O’Reilly Auto Parts Winged Outlaw Warriors will next race at Springfield Raceway in Springfield, MO  on Saturday June 7th.  The Gary Scott Memorial race at 24 Raceway in Moberly, MO, which was rained out last night, will now be run on Saturday June 14th.

Brown Takes WOW Victory at Sedalia
by Chad Buford

Sedalia, MO(May 4th)-Taking advantage of a late caution Brian Brown won the third annual Bob Ramey Memorial at Missouri State Fair Speedway with the O’Reilly Auto Parts Winged Outlaw Warriors.
Jason Johnson jumped into the lead at the start followed by polesitter Curtis Evans and Wayne Johnson.  Johnson would bring out the yellow before a lap could be completed as he slowed coming out of turn four while running third.  On the next start, Johnson again jumped into the lead followed by Evans, Brown, and Jack Dover.  Action would again be stopped on lap two as WOW rookie contender Austin Alumbaugh spun into the turn four guardrail.  He would be able to restart.

On the restart, Johnson again jumped out to a big lead followed by Evans and Brown.
On lap four, Brown and Dover would both get by Evans with Martin rounding out the top five.  A lap later, Martin would get by Evans for fourth.  Also on the move at this point were Tony Bruce Jr. and Danny Lasoski, who both had started fairly deep in the field.  By lap ten in heavy lapped traffic, Johnson was out to a huge lead, but Brown was being pressured by Dover for second with Martin still in fourth.  Bruce Jr. and Lasoski were now fifth and sixth as they made their way by Evans.  On lap twelve Dover made his way by Brown for second and Bruce and Lasoski both made their way by Martin and into the top five.  Brown would continue to pressure Dover for the runner-up spot as the caution would fly for a stalled Rusty Potter in turn four on lap sixteen.

Bruce Jr. moved from fourth to second on the restart, as he worked his way past Dover and Brown.  Lasoski would also get by Dover for fourth as Bruce Jr. and Brown put up a torrid battle for second.  Brown would grab back second on lap nineteen and set his sights on Johnson.  Brown got a run on the low side and pulled up beside Johnson in turn two and Johnson slid high allowing Brown a run below him.  Johnson would drag race Brown down the backstretch, but Brown would hold off the “Cajun Sensation” in spectacular fashion in his Tim and Gina Doogs Super Clean Maxim.  Johnson would finish second in Lanny Row’s The Shop Eagle.  Bruce Jr. would run third in the family-owned Maxim with Lasoski fourth in Donnie Cooper’s Maxim.  Dover would round out the top five in the Dover Racing Eagle.  Rounding out the top ten were Jon Corbin, Martin, Evans, Jesse Giannetto, and Jonathan Cornell.

Earlier in the evening, WOW competitor Josh Fisher was presented with his 2007  National Sprint Car Hall of Fame and Museum 360 National Rookie of the Year award  by WOW owner Archie Simpson.
The O’Reilly Auto Parts Winged Outlaw Warriors will next be in action on Saturday May 17th at I-44 Speedway in Lebanon, MO.

"Ragin Cajun" Cooks ASCoT Again at Lucas Oil Speedway

Lonnie Wheatley, WHEATLAND, Mo. (April 19, 2008) – Louisiana's Jason Johnson bested a field of 51 entries to snare his third O'Reilly American Sprint Cars on Tour National series feature win of the year in Saturday night's 25-lap main event at Lucas Oil Speedway.  Advancing from the fifth starting position aboard Lanny Row's Wesmar-powered The Shop Motorsports/Custom Equipment Design No. 41 Eagle, Johnson battled past Brian Brown on the twelfth round and led the rest of the way to reach victory lane at the "Diamond of Dirt Tracks."

"That really was racer's racetrack tonight," Johnson commented after his sixth overall ASCS feature win of the season including three Regional triumphs. "You could run high, you could run low, and you could cut across in the middle of the corners or do anything you needed to do."

With Johnson starting the feature in the third row, it was Missouri's Brown and Tennessee's Jason Sides leading the way to the green flag from the front row. And after a pair of early incidents, the final 23 laps ran off in non-stop fashion.  After the initial start was waved off for Josh Fisher's turn three spin, the caution appeared after two laps for a multi-car tangle in turn four that forced Natalie Sather, Jay Russell and Fisher pitside.

Brown, who topped the O'Reilly ASCoT National series at Lucas Oil Speedway in 2006, outdueled Sides for the early lead, with Zach Chappell taking second from Sides by the fifth lap as Johnson climbed to fourth.  Johnson wrestled third from Sides on the seventh lap, and then dove underneath Chappell entering turn three on the tenth round to take over second. Slicing through traffic two laps later, Johnson used the high side of turns one and two to surge past Brown, who pulled the front end up in the air half the length of the backstretch, to take command.

Once in front, there was no stopping Johnson as he lapped up to eleventh place in the process of notching his 31st career ASCS National Tour feature win.   While Johnson disappeared in traffic over the final half of the race, Brown faded in the latter stages. Chappell took second from Brown on the 18th circuit with seventh-starter Danny Lasoski putting Brown another position back two laps later.  Lasoski battled past Chappell for second on the 22nd round and held the position to the line, with four lapped cars separating race-winner Johnson from Lasoski's American Compressed Steel No. 33.
Chappell claimed the show position in the Legend's Bar-B-Que No. 50z Maxim, with Sides racing by Brown in the final moments to take fourth in the Sides Motorsports WTS No. 7s Maxim.

Brown settled for fifth in Tim and Gina Doogs' Super Clean No. 21 Maxim, with Nebraska's Jack Dover in sixth. Wayne Johnson charged from 18th to seventh, with Kenneth Walker, 19th-starter Travis Rilat and current series points leader Gary Wright completing the top ten.

Lasoski, Sides, Dover, Jason Johnson, Kathryne Minter and Brown topped heat race action, with Don Droud, Jr., and Wayne Johnson winning the twin "B" Mains.  Terry Hinck flipped midway through the second "B" Main while battling for a transfer position with Rilat. Hinck utilized a provisional to start the main event.

Hockett Tops 2008 WOW Opener

LaMonte, MO(April 5th)-by Chad Buford

Jumping into the lead from his front row outside starting position, Jesse Hockett went on to lead all 20 laps in Saturday’s season opener for the O’Reilly Auto Parts Winged Outlaw Warriors.  The race would get off to a rough start as Terry Hinck would receive front axle damage to bring out a yellow on the initial start.  After this, the race would go nonstop with Hockett jumping into the lead followed by Brian Brown, Jay Kinder, and Randy Martin.

On lap two, Hockett continued to lead Brown, but Martin was able to get by Kinder for third.  The top three would continue this way, but on lap six, Bryan Grimes was able to get by Kinder for fourth.  A lap later, Josh Fisher was able to crack the top five with a pass of Kinder as well.   The top five would stay this way throughout the remaining laps and Hockett would lap all the way up to sixth place.  Hockett would be followd by Brown, Martin, Grimes, and Fisher.  Rounding out the top ten were Jonathan Cornell, Austin Alumbaugh, Kinder, Jesse Giannetto, and Jeff Wingate.

The Winged Outlaw Warriors will next race on Friday April 18th at Midway Raceway in Lebanon, MO followed by an April 19th show at Lucas Oil Speedway in Wheatland.
